When will an ETIAS be mandatory?
An ETIAS will be mandatory for visitors by the end of 2022. The timeline could change depending on any circumstances.
Which country do apply ETIAS system?
After the end of 2022, visitors from visa-waiver countries to following countries are required of an ETIAS.

How long is the validity of an ETIAS?
Once you hold an ETIAS, the validity is up to 5 years, or until your passport expires, whichever occurs sooner.
How do I apply for ETIAS?
You can only apply for an ETIAS online. Please do not visit embassy/consulate regarding the issue. Once granted, a valid ETIAS information is elecetronically linked to your passport information.
Why do I need an ETIAS?
ETIAS is designed to secure visits to Schengen Zone but also simplify the immigration process for all visa-waiver visitors.

How do I make a payment?
At this moment, we can only announce the payment may only be made by credit cards.
Can I wire transfer the money to complete the payment?
No. Please use credit card to complete payment.
I made a mistake on application form. I need a refund.
You cannot cancel the process after the submission of application. Therefore, you cannot get a refund once you submit the application. If you need a correction, you need to apply again with correct information.
There is an error to complete the payment.
Please check if the card brand is valid for the system. If the trouble does not solve, please contact your credit card company.
I do not know if the payment is completed with no problem.

Other questions regarding ETIAS
I am a citizen of EU country. Do I need an ETIAS?
No, EU citizens do not need an ETIAS to visit another Schengen zone.
I have a Schengen Visa. Do I also need an ETIAS?
No. If you are a citizen of visa-waiver countries and hold Schengen visa, you do not need an ETIAS to visit Schengen zone. Please do not forget to apply for an ETIAS once your Schengen visa expires. If you are a citizen of country that are required to get a visa, you need to get Schengen visa. You may not apply for an ETIAS.
I was refused to enter at immigration counter. Is it because of my ETIAS details?
First of all, ETIAS does NOT guarantee your entry to Schengen zone. It only authorizes you to travel to the Schengen zone. Even you have a valid ETIAS, there is a chance tou may be refused to enter by the judgge of immigration officer.
Do children/infants/toddlers/ need an ETIAS?
Yes. All visitors from visa-waiver countries must have an ETIAS individually regardless of their age.
Why can't I check-in with valid ETIAS?
It could be because you are granted of an ETIAS with wrong passport information. Please note all details must be correct with your current passport.
